Vertigo Real Estate Ventures (“VREV”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate investment company with offices in California, Colorado, Florida and North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill out our contact or deal-access forms we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, the markets you’re interested in and any message you write.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, our servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and follow up with you.
• To send you investment opportunities that match what you told us you’re looking for.
• To route your request to the office for your market.
• To protect the site and our forms against spam and abuse.
• To comply with the law.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we’ll use your number to contact you about your inquiry and our opportunities. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our own team and offices, to respond to you.
• Service providers that work on our behalf and may use it only for that: Cloudflare (spam protection on our forms), Resend (email delivery), Salesforce (our customer database) and our hosting provider.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or merged.

Cookies

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it may set cookies that are strictly necessary for that check. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we have a relationship with you or for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

This site is meant for adults interested in real estate investment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version; important changes will be posted on this page.
