Based in Denver, with offices in Boston and San Diego, Vertigo Real Estate Ventures is an investment company that sources assets displaying intrinsic value with specialization in short and medium duration hold periods. 

 

The foundation of Vertigo was built on sourcing distressed assets; the company has since grown to acquiring, holding and rehabbing properties throughout both Colorado and San Diego.

 

In collaboration with joint venture partners, absolute returns are sourced for Vertigo's closed-end Value Add/Opportunity investments.

Types of
Investments

Vertigo invests in residential property, acquiring and operating Single Family and Multifamily assets for our own portfolio.

 

Working alongside private funding partners and third-party lenders, the firm utilizes multiple funding sources. 

Eligible asset types for investment consideration are Single Family, Multifamily, Condominiums, Apartments, land, and any other Residential property.

Equity

Funding from private investors facilitates the acquisition of assets within the team’s criteria. With an emphasis on value-add and opportunistic acquisitions, Vertigo has a strong focus on distressed properties.

 

All investments must have at least 3 viable exit strategies in order to be eligible for acquisition. Investors yield varying returns depending on the asset and exit strategy.

 

Debt

Vertigo offers and utilizes debt strategies collateralized by Real Estate. This debt includes, but is not limited to: Investment Grade, Non-investment Grade, WRAP Mortgages as well as Subordinated Debt.  Vertigo has stringent guidelines in the acquisition and disposition of all debt products.
