About Vertigo Real Estate Ventures
Our story is a passion for more.
The VREV Story
Vertigo Real Estate Ventures, or VREV, was named after founder Michael Yenke’s long search for the perfect name. An avid skier, he wanted a name tied to skiing, believing a mountain would capture the challenge and thrill of building a business. He researched mountain ranges, but nothing felt right. Then, one day, while skiing his favorite run, Vertigo, at Stratton Mountain, he spotted a fallen tree with the trail’s sign on the ground. Mike skied down with it, and the name clicked. That sign now hangs in our Florida office. “Real Estate Ventures” was added, anticipating the shorthand VREV.
